Licorice Honey
Alternative treatment of Peptic ulcer
Composition:
Each bottle contains extract of licorice 10% and natural honey 90%.
Pharmacological actions:
Licorice can enhance mucous secretion from the gastric mucosa,
reduce inflammation
and enhance ulcer healing. Honey can kill
H.pylori, a bacteria that causes gastric ulcer, and enhance ulcer
healing. Licorice can also liquify mucous secretion from the
bronchial tree and thus enhance cough more easily.
Notes :
Our preparation use deglycyrrinated licorice and therefore can
use safely in
cases of hypertension.
Indications:
- Gastric and duodenal ulcers
- Flatulance
- Acute and chronic gastritis
- Hyperacidity
Dosage:
Two teapoonful four times a day, 20 minutes before meal. For peptic ulcer, minimal 2 months. Salt and water retention cannot occur.
Preparation:
300 ml in one bottle.
