Wound healing agent

Composition:

Each bottle contains extract of propolis 10% and natural honey90%.

Pharmacological actions:

1. Propolis honey can produce H₂O₂ which remove the wound debris and promote granulation tissue formation.

2. There are many enzymes which can lower the degree of inflammation and promote healing.

3. When using the propolis honey in burns and scald, there can be less chance of blister formation and ugly scar.

4. Propolis honeyis a potent natural bactericidal and viricidal agent. Majority of bacteria cannot survive in honey because of its high osmolarity and bacteria becomes shrink due to loss of their intracellular water.

Uses:

1. Stomatitis and aphthous ulcer
2. Surgical wound
3. Minor burns and scald
4. Herpes infection

Dosage:

Apply directly to the wound twice daily and cover with steriled gauze.

20 ml in one bottle.
